 Ivy Rooms was founded in 2023 by a young couple, Ivana and Maros, who both shared a passion for travel and meeting new people. They started off by renting out their spare room to travelers passing through their small village of Močenok in Slovakia. As the demand for affordable and authentic accommodation grew, Ivana and Maros decided to turn their entire house into a guesthouse and also added a small caravan for those seeking a more unique experience. Over the years, they have welcomed guests from all over the world and have become known for their warm hospitality and personalized recommendations for exploring the surrounding area.

• Establishment of Ivy Rooms: In 2023, Ivy Rooms was founded by a couple who shared a passion for hospitality and a desire to provide comfortable and affordable accommodation for travelers.
• Expansion of Accommodation Options: After rapid success in 2023 itself, Ivy Rooms expanded its offerings by adding the caravan to its available accommodations, providing even more options for travelers to choose from.
• Introduction of shower in the caravan and new windows in the house: In 2024, Ivy Rooms added a shower with hot water in the caravan and changed windows for better thermal insulation and silence from the street.
